B&LPR is headquartered in Bettendorf, Iowa (located in the middle of the USA, just three hours from Chicago) and also has offices in Moline, Illinois. We are a “virtual” agency in that our consultants are located throughout the US and Europe and, when engaged, are given access to both our online dropbox (for file storage and transfer) and to our extranet (for project coordination and scheduling).

As one of the founding members of the ECCO International Public Relations Network, B&PR has long-established relationships with other qualified PR firms throughout Europe (all EU countries and several others in Central and Eastern Europe), the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, South America, Latin America and North America.
